Currently, some legal papers in civil lawsuits may be filed electronically in the following counties: Albany, Bronx, Broome, Chautauqua, Erie, Essex, Kings, Livingston, Monroe, Nassau, New York, Niagara, Onondaga, Queens, Richmond, Suffolk, Sullivan and Westchester and/or Albany Court of Claims.
