Chief Judge Janet DiFiore hires personal law clerks for 12 or 18 month clerkships. Chief Judge DiFiore has no current clerkship openings. Preferred applicants should have a demonstrated interest and ability in legal research and writing, strong academic credentials and two to three years of post-law school work experience. Applicants must sit for the New York bar examination prior to beginning the clerkship. Applications must include a current resume, a writing sample (preferably unedited), law school transcript and at least two letters of reference.
