Digital Submissions

In addition to hard copies, parties are required to submit digital copies of all briefs, records, appendices as well as papers related to motions and applications (22 NYCRR 1250.9; 850.4 [a]).

For E-Filing matters, digital copies are filed through the Court's electronic filing system (NYSCEF). For all matters that are not E-Filed, digital copies are filed through this Court's digital portal which can be accessed through the link below. Please note that filers using the digital portal for the first time must request access to use the system.
