  • Appointed Consultation Clerk in April 2022.
  • Attends confidential meetings with the Justices at which all cases before the Court are discussed and decided, reads and edits all decisions of the Court prior to publication, and supervises the clerical staff responsible for the processing and handing down of all decisions of the Court. Also performs a variety of legal research services as well as administrative and related duties for the Court.
  • Prior to becoming the Consultation Clerk, served the Court in various capacities, including Appellate Court Attorney (1999-2000), Law Clerk to Associate Justice Anthony T. Kane (2003-2009), Law Clerk to Associate Justice William E. McCarthy (2010-2015, 2017-2018), Law Clerk to Associate Justice Robert C. Mulvey (2019-2021) and Law Clerk to Presiding Justice Elizabeth A. Garry (2021-2022). Also served the Court of Appeals as Law Clerk to Associate Judge Leslie E. Stein (2015-2017).
  • Graduated cum laude from Binghamton University (1995) and summa cum laude from Albany Law School (1999); Member of Albany Law Review and the Moot Court Board.
  • Member, Third Judicial District Gender Fairness Committee (2005-present).
