- Appointed to the Third Department effective February 1, 2022.
- Graduated from St. Lawrence University, the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and the College of Law at Syracuse University.
- Began his legal career in private practice from 1994-1998.
- Served as law clerk for Justice Frank Torres from 1998-1999 and Justice LaTia Martin from 1999-2008, and also served as Special Referee for Supreme Court from 2008-2012.
- His Judicial career began on the Civil Court for New York City from 2013-2018, and he served as acting Supreme Court Justice from 2016-2018.
- He was elected Supreme Court Justice for the Twelfth Judicial District in 2018 and has served as Associate Justice on the Appellate Term in the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department.
- Adjunct professor in the Business and Paralegal Department at Bronx Community College CUNY since 1998.
