- Served as court attorney at the Office of Court Administration from 1999 to 2007 and part-time staff attorney for the Ulster County Department of Social Services from 1999 to 2001.
- Served as an Ulster County assistant public defender from 1995-1999 and from 2011 through 2014.
- Elected to the Supreme Court for the Third Judicial District in 2014.
- Recipient of the 2022 Hon. Judith Kaye Distinguished Attorney Award from the Capital District Women's Bar Association and judicial delegate.
- 2023 Third Judicial District Gender Fairness Committee, Chair.
- 2015-2021 Member of the Third Department Attorney for the Child Advisory Panel.
- 2020-2022 Third Department Vice President of the New York Chapter the National Association of Women Judges.
- Ulster County Bar Association Board member.
- Director of the 3rd Judicial District for the Association of Justices of the Supreme Court State of New York from 2018-2022, and member of Italian American, Capital District Women's Bar Association, as wells Greene and Albany County Bar Association.
