Crimes--Sex Offenders--Whether petitioner is subject to Executive Law § 259-c(14),
which prohibits certain inmates being released from custody from knowingly
entering into or upon any school grounds; Supreme Court, Franklin County, dismissed
the CPLR article 78 petition; App. Div. (1) modified by reversing so much thereof as
dismissed that part of the petition as sought to annul the determination of the Board that
petitioner is subject to the school-grounds restrictions; (2) granted the petition to that
extent; and (3) as so modified, affirmed.
