Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 28, 2015, for a "gag order" prohibiting the parties and anyone acting on their behalf from divulging to the public and media/press any information pertaining to this case.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County.
