This online version of A Guide to Legal Resources is based on a presentation given by Andrew Kloc, Automation Law Librarian here at the Appellate Division Law Library, at the Rochester Regional Library Council's Spring Workshop in April 2013.
It provides an introduction to conducting legal research, with a focus on free online tools and legal resources, as well as an overview of the state and federal court systems. Community members not familiar with legal research will find it a useful starting point.
