Dear Mrs. S.:
This is just a letter to say thank-you very much for all
that you have done for me; I appreciate your help, when
no one else would bother, its nice to know that at least
one person in this system cares about inmates, all of us
are not bad people, just some wrong decisions in life. Again
thank you and keep up the good work.
Sincerely,

Re: Mary G.
Dear Judge M.:
I am submitting this letter on behalf of Mary G.
to let you know what a time job Ms. G. is doing
at the Syracuse City Court Clerk's Office, Criminal Division.
As you know, I have been practicing
before this Court for many years, and for the past serveral
years have been on a few core assignment panels. With the
volume of paperwork generated by being on a core panel,
I have fund Ms. G. to be most helpful in answering
my questions about particular cases, preparing the necessary
paperwork advising me of my client 's charges, and in accepting
for filing the various motion papers and other notices that
are needed to smoothly transition a case from an initial
appearance, towards a trial.
I just thought that you should be aware of what a pleasant,
knowledgeable, and obviosly dedicated employee you have
with Ms. O..
Respectfully,
John A. L.

Patty S., Supervisor of Records Unit
Onondaga County Family Court
Dear Patty:
Every now and then I have to tell you how much I appreciate
the courtesy and patience, as well as the diligence of the
people in your office. In this instance, I am especially
greatful to your co-worker Barbara.
I was over in the Court looking for one single page, a
missing trial exhibit for an assigned appeal, in the file
of some poor five year old whose legal history has generated
more paper than Steven K. After I had gone through several
times, Barbara, who had an organized file before I tramped
through it, took time to go through every file and folder
until she found the exhibit. She then reorganized the file
and photo-copied for me all my gleanings, and as always
in your office, did it with the utmost kindness and patience.
I have often observed the conditions in your office, and
the unending parade of distressed, confused and even angry
petitioners who come in every day. This has to be wearing.
But your office and its employees always treat everyone
with patience and respect while getting the job done.
Sincerely,
Robert
