WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM GAN?

Services of GAN are available to non-professional or "lay" guardians.  The lay guardian may be a family member or a close friend.  GAN is not able to assist professionals or individuals planning to seek Guardian.  At present, only guardians appointed in Kings County are eligible for services other than lay guardian training
