This event was hosted by the National Association of Women Judges – New York Chapter and co-sponsored by the Brooklyn Women Bar Association, the Bronx Women Bar Association, and the Franklin H. Kaplan, Deputy Chief Administrative Judge; Veronica Guerrero, Esq., Counsel to Committee on Character and Fitness, 1st Dept., Gehad Abdelrehim, CUNY School of Law Student, Class of 2022; and Sharmin Yousuf, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Class of 2022 Student. The panelist provided inspirational remarks on the role of women in the courts and in the legal profession.
