Retirement Celebration for
Barry Clarke, ESQ.
OCA Chief of Operations

On October 29, 2019, friends and colleagues gathered to celebrate the retirement of Barry Clarke, Esq., as Chief of Operations of the New York State Office of Court Administration (OCA). The event was well attended and occurred at Giando on the Water. Mr. Clarke had an exemplary career of public service. Having started in the courts as a court officer, he became a leader, ascending to Chief Clerk of Supreme Court, New York County, Criminal Term, prior to becoming Chief of Operations. He also served as a member of the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission prior to joining the executive team at OCA. Mr. Clarke will be missed by many as he was always diligent, personable, open and a team player.
