The Appellate Courts hear and determine appeals
from the decisions of the Trial Courts. The Appellate Courts
are the Court of Appeals (the highest Court in the State),
the Appellate Divisions of the Supreme Court, the Appellate
Terms of the Supreme Court, and the County Courts acting as
Appellate Courts in the Third and Fourth Judicial Departments.
