Court Examiners Needed to Serve in Queens County


The Appellate Division, Second Department is looking for the best and the brightest to serve the Court and the community in the role of Court Examiner.

Court Examiners review reports prepared by guardians appointed pursuant to Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law to take care of the personal needs and manage the property of those persons who, due to incapacity, need assistance.  You do not need to be an attorney to serve as a court examiner.  For further information, please visit the Court Examiner section of this website.
