Court Schedule:
County Court 1:30 p.m. Mondays.
Supreme Court 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays, motion calendar followed by conferences.
Drug Treatment Court 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.

Process for Submission of Papers:
Take the original and one (1) copy of the papers with fee to the Seneca County Clerk's Office. The County Clerk will then forward the papers to the court. Upon review of the papers, the court will assign a judge and a return date and time. The court will then advise submitting counsel by phone or fax of the appearance date and time.
