Directions
Take New York State Thruway to exit 19, take the third exit in circle, which will put you on Route 587 (Col. Chandler Drive), stay in right lane to red light. You will then go straight and that will put you on Broadway and continue for 1.7 miles. You will go by Kingston High School, Kingston Hospital, Rondout Savings Bank and when you start down a hill, get in left lane. You will come to a light by Kingston Catholic Schools then turn left. At next light take a left into Garraghan Drive. Court is in building with Kingston Police Department. The courtroom is downstairs in basement in back. Parking available
