The Court System operates and maintains a variety of law libraries. Our primary purpose is to provide books, online resources, and helpful staff so anyone can learn more about the law. By doing this, we help facilitate the just and timely resolution of all matters before the courts.

Directions and Parking
From the North
- Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 19.
- Proceed through the Toll Booth onto the Traffic Circle.
- Take the 1st exit off of the traffic circle following the signs for Ellenville.
- Proceed on Route 209 to Route 17 West Exit 104 for Monticello. Courthouse is on Broadway
From the South
- Take NYS Thruway north to exit 16, Harriman.
- Go through the toll booth onto Route 17 west.
- Take 17 to exit 105A.
- At the first light turn right onto High Street.
- Go two block to the first stop sign and turn left onto Bushnell Avenue.
- Go two blocks to the back of the courthouse. The parking lot is on the right.
