Filing Fees
The Queens County Clerk’s Office is responsible for recording and maintaining litigation documentation for all Supreme Court cases. From commencement to judgement, the County Clerk’s Office accepts payment and/or processes virtually every document that has an effect on the outcome of these Supreme Court cases. These are some fees associated with the filing of documents for Supreme Court cases.

The Queens County Clerk’s Office maintains a digital inventory of every document that it processes. All documents filed with our Office from 2006 to the present, have been scanned and can be retrieved from computers within the office. |
