Foreclosure Answer Program

A foreclosure is a lawsuit where a mortgage Lender or servicer is asking the court to let them sell your house at auction in order to pay off your debt. If that happens, you could lose your home. The Answer is your response to the Summons and Complaint and tells the court your defenses or reasons why the mortgage Lender must not win the case.   [Learn more about Foreclosure]
