Hon. Jonathan Lippman is the Chief Judge of the State of New York. In that role, he serves as the Chief Judicial Officer of the State and the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals. The Chief Judge establishes Statewide standards and administrative policies after consulting with the Administrative Board of the Courts and approval by the Court of Appeals.
Hon. A. Gail Prudenti is the Chief Administrative Judge of the
Courts. On behalf of the Chief Judge, the Chief Administrative Judge supervises the administration and operation of the State's trial courts.

Hon. Lawrence
K. Marks is the First Deputy Chief Administrative Judge. He assists the Chief Administrative Judge in all aspects of the administration and operation of the state court system. In that role, he also coordinates the court system's efforts at improving management of its caseloads and eliminating case backlogs.

Fern A. Fisher is the Deputy Chief Administrative Judge
for the New York City Courts. Judge Fisher is responsible
for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the trial-level
courts located in New York City. Judge Fisher works with the
Administrative Judges of the various courts in New York City
in order to allocate and assign judicial and nonjudicial
personnel resources to meet the needs and goals of those
courts.
Judge Fisher also serves as the Director of the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program, providing oversight in developing and implementing programs to assure meaningful access to justice for all.

Hon.
Michael V. Coccoma is the Deputy Chief Administrative
Judge for the Courts outside New York City. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
of the trial-level courts located outside New York City.
He works with local Administrative Judges
to allocate and assign judicial and nonjudicial personnel
resources to meet the needs and goals of the State-paid
trial-level courts. He is also responsible for overseeing
the local Town and Village Courts.

Judy Harris Kluger
is the Chief of Policy and Planning for the state courts. Judge Kluger works with judges throughout the state to develop strategies and programs to improve the delivery of justice in the trial courts, as well as provides training and support for the Integrated Domestic Violence, Drug Treatment and other Problem-Solving Courts.

Ronald
Younkins, Esq. , is the Executive Director of the Office
of Court Administration. Mr. Younkins supervises the OCA divisions
of Human Resources, Financial Management, Technology, Professional and Court Services, Public Safety, Public Affairs, Communications,
Jury Services, Court Research, Court Facilities, Administrative
Services, and Justice Court Support.
