Michael
J. Novack was appointed Clerk of the
Court in 1983. In that position, he oversees the
daily operation of the Court which includes the processing of motion and
appeal papers, prepares the Court's annual budget and performs various
statutory duties.
He received his B.A. (1968) from Siena College, Loudonville, NY;
J.D. (1971) from Albany Law School, Albany, NY; admitted to practice
before all courts of the State of New York and before the Federal District
Court for the Northern District of New York.
He has
worked for the Court since 1971 in several capacities including Chief Motion
Clerk and Deputy Clerk.
