112.1 Appellate papers reproduced by methods other than
printing
Appellate papers reproduced by methods other than printing,
pursuant to rule 5529 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules,
must be reproduced on a good grade of at least 20-pound, white,
opaque, unglazed paper. Any method of reproduction which produces
a permanent, legible, black-on- white copy on the above paper
shall be accepted. Wherever such a paper, presented to a clerk
for filing, is not legible or otherwise suitable, the clerk
may refuse to accept the same.
