Finding the Multiple Dwelling Registration (MDR) for your building

1. Go to the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development website at Department’s website at http://www.nyc.gov/html/hpd

2. In the “Complaints, Violations and Registration Information” section, put in your building information.

3. Click on “Registration” in the left side menu.

• The MDR number is located in the top right of the screen.

• The Managing Agent information is located in the Summary Report.
